By installing the PaperPump Chrome extension or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use PaperPump.

What PaperPump is

PaperPump is a simulated paper trading tool. All trades are virtual. No real SOL, no real tokens, nothing on-chain. PaperPump does not connect to your wallet, request transaction approvals, or move any funds on your behalf.

PaperPump is not a financial product, brokerage, or investment advisor. Nothing in the extension or on this website constitutes financial advice. Past paper trading results do not predict real trading outcomes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use PaperPump. By using PaperPump, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Free tier

The Free tier is available at no cost with no time limit. We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue features of the Free tier with reasonable notice.

Pro license

Pro (monthly subscription or lifetime) grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Pro features. After payment, a signed license key (JWT) is delivered to your email address. You activate Pro by pasting the key into the extension - no wallet connection required.

• Monthly Pro is not auto-renewed. Each billing period requires a new payment. Access expires when the license key's expiry date is reached.
• Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase that grants ongoing access to Pro features for the life of the product.
• Early Bird Lifetime is a limited-quantity discounted tier. Once all spots are claimed, the Early Bird price will not be reinstated.
• A license key may be activated on up to 3 devices. Contact us to reset your device count if needed.
• Licenses may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by MoonPay Commerce. By completing a payment, you agree to MoonPay's terms of service.

Lifetime and Early Bird purchases are non-refundable once the license key has been delivered and activated. Monthly subscriptions are not refundable for the current billing period. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing Pro features after a confirmed payment, contact us and we will investigate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension
• Use PaperPump to facilitate or simulate market manipulation schemes
• Misrepresent paper trading results as real trading results for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to circumvent license verification or access Pro features without a valid license

Disclaimer of warranties

PaperPump is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of price data, or that the simulation will reflect real-world trading conditions exactly. Use it as a learning tool, not as a guarantee of real trading performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaperPump and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PaperPump, including any real trading decisions you make based on paper trading results.

Third-party services

PaperPump uses public APIs from DexScreener and Pump.fun for price data. These are third-party services outside our control. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or terms of service.

PaperPump is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pump.fun or any related entity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the creator's place of residence.
